the drawing itself is not terrible, its scratchy. That indicates that you dont know where the lines go, hense you dont know what you are doing. To draw things like anime faces and expressions, you have to first study what a real face looks like to then simplify it into anime, ill show you one of my sketches as an example.

In this sketch I applied what a learned about human anatomy. I made a basic gesture for the pose and refined it. Then i built the head using the Loomis method, but bigger since its anime bullshit. Then i literally searched how to draw fucking anime eyes on youtube and placed them where they are supposed to go thanks to Andrew Loomis. My advice is to study the fundamentals and also have fun by doing things like these once in a while. Its a long journey but its a fun one. Make sure you practice a lot of perspective.
