Yes but only if you edit it and speed it up in parts as it can be boring to just continually watch someone. Also try to make it interesting, maybe a fun background, try to tell some funny jokes, or play some upbeat music in the background.

It’s better to start with paper. Virtual can be hard and if you do paper first it will train your hand. When you feel that you are a good artist with paper, then move onto virtual. Your hand will be trained.

I suggest you keep practicing. Just keep doing small sketches and inking them. Also it would help if you try to learn shading I think, because that has helped me and others.
