Sheldon Borenstein of New Masters Academy suggests using a pair of chairs like you would an artist's bench and I think that sounds like an idea. So be a good goy and get a big clipboard to affix your paper to, rest it on your knees and lean the top of the clipboard against the back of the other chair, that way you'll be able to draw without completely arching your back.

>whenever I try to draw, my eyes become dry really fast and in about an hour they are all red and about to collapse.
Just visit the eye doctor, i had the same problem a few years ago, she just recommended me to use some eyedrops a few days and let the eyes rest. In less than a week i was ready to draw again.

There are lots of exercises for the wrists, do them regularly and also do small breaks every X minutes (let's say 30mins).

Also, start doing lifting/yoga, it's amazing for keeping your body energized and your drawing time becomes twice as productive. In your case it would be easier to start with yoga, like 10-20 minutes a day ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0o0kNeOyH98 )

Trying to make an infographic about the dangers of being a piece of shit on the computer all day and how to prevent them. This is the graphic so far. Should I include more information about carpal tunnel and all that bull shit instead of just alluding to "health complications" and so on?
