But I think there's a room for a counter cultures on this board.
If you posted punk art general people wouldn't be like, this is excluding other kinds of cultures like emo and scene.
I believe Right wing art has a through line that makes it a kind of internet subculture.
Maybe that through line is more like a tangled ball of Christmas lights than a line but maybe we're all on more similar pages than we think in terms of subject and style.
I don't know.

Why do artists look down upon other artists looking to advertise themselves? I'm seeing so many people in twitter and here acting all superior against artists using hashtags and other means to get followers.
Most artists you're taught about in art history classes are only remembered because they had good clout. Van Gogh is only remembered because a family member was an art dealer. Most Modern Art icons are remembered because of critics like Clement Greenberg, who were good friends with them.
