Torso too deep, shoulders (and well, thorax too (thorax means ribcage))

Head's a little smol.

Clavicles shouldn't look like that. Looks like a texture on a DS or Wii model. They look "stickered" is what I'm trying to say. They don't imply form (3 dimensions).

I think you made the bottom of her neck too broad.

Also, notice the position you drew her irises (check pic related), it looks like she has esotropia. Usually, a little anime strabismus doesn't "break" the drawing, I think it's even a little symbolistic to anime on certain angles but this is a little too much.

>too boring
And yeah, "too boring" indeed. It needs more of these vague buzzwords; "dynamism" (think water flying around, a more interesting camera angle with some artificial perspective), "dynamic pose" (a more expressive (happy, gleeful, ecstatic in this case I think) pose that captures also the characters personality in a way and that goes hand in hand with more facial expression.

Her facial expression gives a bit of a say "AAAAAA" at the dentist vibe. I get that she's supposed to be singing gleefully. Maybe if you used downward pointing eyebrows and closed shut eyes it could've worked.

Also, notice how her left hand, the hand furthest away from the camera, is visually larger than her right hand closer to the virtual camera, now that I'm looking closer her left arm as a whole is significantly larger to be somewhat off-putting to the viewer upon closer inspection.

Her skin color, somewhat desaturated, maybe I can recommend more hue shifting with the shadows.
The image should look more vivid in terms of its colors I feel like. It reminds me about of those childhood games like 'Gary Gadget', it's not gary gadget though. I don't know what game it was but it looks a bit too desaturated and a bit too much "off".

But the character is very recognizable as that one girl from MHA and I feel like you did really well on the form of her hands.
