In summary, you will be able to sign up and create challenges by midnight at my time (CST), and submissions will be open at midnight on the first Monday (3/26 12:00 AM, NOT 3/27 12:00 AM) on the Universal Coordinated Time Zone (UTC/GMT). Set your watches/calendars accordingly.
