Your line weight definitely needs practice, you should also try to focus on shading and lighting, and also perspective. They look alright for copies but they lack girth and shape, it looks like a 2d image.

My own doodle I made while listening to that Kim Jung Gi interview Proko made. Ignore the Pic Arts name on the image, I'm a dirty phone poster so I had to adjust the image size for 4chan.
