I've been learning since i was like, 14 or 15? and started looking at books like Loomis around 15 or 16 and i'm 20 now ;-;

no i only come here like every 6 months cause all the constant comparison and "you didn't start as a 5 year old singaporean child it's over!!" stresses me out and prevents me from just draw

okay im not as big of a gay retard as OP, i've been drawing for years but ADHD does fuck with my practice and I would like to work a lot harder at art than I do
I've cycled through all the meds and all of them just give me anxiety or don't do anything, so they didn't work for me
Is there any helpful adhd specific drawing advice?
