I've got two about Clip Studio. Bought it during the sale.

1: Why are all these decorations broken and how do I fix them?

2: Every like 5 minutes or so, my clip studio loads something, as though it's saving or something. It's really fucking annoying because I can't draw while it's doing it. How do I stop it?
