well there's no exact number. Try just doing a few as a warmup before you start drawing stuff you like.
I did like 10 pages total over about my first 4 sketchbooks. But I really filled those suckers in
When you start getting the handle of making good shapes, draw out two parallel lines, and then try and make a circle that fits exactly in between them.
You can study anatomy in the meantime, but understanding shapes is super important to actually visualizing the body in your head

And most importantly don't kill yourself over this stuff, just enjoy what you do and don't fall into despair if you can't draw perfect right now, you'll get it anon
