you're getting there, not exactly great but hey, manga does have a pretty low entry point. here's messy redraw, ignore the artstyle differences aka faces.
You do have rendering skills, but things tend to look messy when you slap effects on everywhere like an illustration. More importantly, plan your poses, I am pretty sure you won't be able to hold a katana that way and I have no idea what the right hand is doing. Also check your perspectives and anatomy.

at least select the entirety of the raindrops so it doesn't look bended. I do now realise the perspective of the left car is a bit fucked
