it is stylized so technically everything is "wrong" when compared to the real world. when doing stylized work you are the only judge of what is good and what is bad (thats why beginners are told to start with doing realism)
other than that, it looks flat, the pose is awkward and not clear, the shoulders are wet spaghetti etc the head is the only thing where you switched into thinking of the 3d form for a short time
if you want to do stylized stuff base it on the real world. take a photo of a real person and try to exaggerate it. doing stylized work from scratch is difficult and you are setting yourself up for failure

if you are going for big, complex pictures you need to start to pay attention to line quality and values in order to keep the picture clear.
look at it from a distance and from up close, take note of which are important and sacrifice the unimportant details to make them clear. same goes for values, your attempt at shading is okay up close but at a quick glance or from a distance it makes the picture confusing. either omit values and make bold clear lines, or start consciously using shapes of brighter and darker value
