Even though masturbation has been existent since the dawn of man having free will(Even the Abrahamic Bible talks about masturbation multiple times as a sin during B.C.) It has only become more prevalent in the past 20-30 years, with the consumption of pornography being easier. I am 1 year free of nocturnal emissions, 2 years free of porn, and 5 years free of masturbation. Even though I am tempted day in and day out, I have replaced this dopamine addiction with
