Looks pretty cool. I did a quick paintover just because a few things bothered me.

-tried to get more depth with the hills--smaller hill shapes farther, bigger ones close. I also added some grass in the foreground but I get that you may have intentionally avoided that for stylistic reasons.
-clouds needed some work I think. Either go all out with keeping them stylized with hard edges, or if you want soft edges keep things reasonable. Having lost edges in there and then some areas with a crisp lasso line looks awful as it just looks too extreme. The top right cloud is a bit out of perspective with too much of the bottom plane showing.
-atmospheric perspective is handled incorrectly. Distant clouds take on a warmer hue when very far. Rayleigh Scattering takes all the blue out of the light that bounces off them so they are shifted warmer when we see them (same reason the sun is yellow, and why it is red as it gets lower in the horizon). The mountain too has the atmospheric perspective incorrect. You just glazed the cyan sky colour over it, when the way the colours would shift is a bit different. Look at photos of mountains in the distance and you will see the colour and value change is not as simple as glazing the sky colour, think for example how very distant mountains take on a purple hue. It usually begins to affect the shadow areas first too, and the areas in light are less affected. You mountain isn't distant enough anyways I don't think for these effects to be very strong, and the side of the mountain should be in direct sunlight according to the rest of your image so would have a warmer colour to it. The clouds also should be casting a shadow upon the rockface.
