The guy clearly knows his anatomy and proportions. I'm honestly not sure if you're baiting, but if you think these are "mistakes" then there's no helping you at this point. The design is visually appealing and the anatomy has clearly been designed deliberately. The character is an anthropomorphization of a sniper rifle, so having long legs to contrast a shorter torso complements this design (to mimic the shape language of a sniper rifle).
