Something changed in some of them though... but it's no problem, while they were away, this planet and its people also changed.

It's all in the storytelling. I think of my characters as real anime characters inside a story.
Though it also needs to be a fun story. There's plenty of boring comics. Dial up the fantasy, make dynamic shapes, use good colors, completely swap color pallettes Jojo style... There's plenty to try even as a beginner. This is why kindergarten art can still get a pass sometimes.

Reposting here because past thread died quickly. Admire it because it takes me an eternity to finish another one, perhaps I should go for something smaller

It's not much but it's honest work, I hope someone likes it, it's their beginning
