Is grain the texture of the films from way back? I love that shit. I know everyone has different tastes but how can you not appreciate that feel? Not saying you don't but a lot of people I know who are into anime/cartoons have told me that's the reason they can't watch anything from before 99. It's just baffling.

It was a different time, anon. Could we really see this in a modern cartoon? I can read the emotionally charged tweets of "sexual objectification/toxic stereotyping/bimbofication" already. There's sexy characters in adult cartoons yeah but they don't move like this.
