is eyeballing what you see and draw it accurately a skill that can grow? it seems some people are more analytical and observant of what they see and thus are better at using ref/studies, but idk

My goal is basically to be able to draw what I want without it looking like fucking shit to me. And that point does probably not exist as I am a bit of a perfectionist.
