Hi guys, I have a question about paints.
What's the difference of acrylic and oil paints, I want to do "realistic" paintings, which I see are usually done in oil. When I look for classical acrylic painters no one comes up.
What's the difference (in technique, use. Not what it's made of)? Can I use acrylic for "realistic" portraits, plein air, etc? And can anyone give me a recommendation of an acrylic painter? I saw that Sinix paints with acrylic, but I can't find many more people. I would like to do a study of something done in acrylic.
