28, I could quit my job and live solely off my (SFW) personal project backed by patreons (it's been the case for 4 years now), but I still do the soulless shit on the side because it's half the time for twice the amount.

Going to school won't magically fix things, if you don't enjoy drawing things that aren't your passion projects, then go flip some burgers, clean some plates, lay some bricks. Then get home and...

Go to bed early. Focusing on your own stuff by the morning is way more productive.
