watch Michael Mattesi's FORCE videos, it's analytical gesture but it's better for fundamentals than anything I've seen. He's got books but this 4 video series is better

It should be enough to get decent gestures down
After that try to get a hold of Michael Hampton's video lectures, you can torrent them. His book is also great.

I'd stay away from Proko altogether, he's the most widely available "teacher" but he's not very good, there's much better materials out there.
