Is it just me or drawabox causes you to be disconnected from drawing?

I just tried their first lesson the other day ago and for some reason I can't no longer "feel the form" when I used to read Vilppu's book. It's like I got temporary aphantasia. And the drawings after the exercise made me want to kms because it turned into shit.
