Your head is too low, your neck is too far back, your ear is too small, your eyebrow starts too far back (should line up with the corner of the eye afaik) and your eyes aren't aligned.

Furthermore I think there might be something off with your pupils' orientation, but I can't really experiment or redraw them with a mouse, so sorry I'm not much help there.

Keep studying proportions, pay attention to your mistakes and learn to correct them regularly if they're recurring.
