you don't, unless you're drawing. maybe try ~30 minutes per day, then escalate from there once 30 minutes feel routine. i'm speaking from the perspective of someone who was roughly in your situation for many years; this year after a long stint with ai slop, i realized nobody and nothing was ever going to draw the things i wanted in the way i wanted them, so i had to try and do it myself. maybe you also need to reach the point of understanding you lack a choice in the matter
