I like the moustache guy, he's got the most complete costume of the bunch, it has a location, a period, and a vibe. Even if it's a fantasy world it still tells us that it's probably a hot either desert or tropical climate, it harkens back to early 20th century and he has a gun of that time which plants it firmer in a similar time period, and he has symbols of an officer of some sort so we know his social standing. Very nice.

Redhead sword girl has a decent costume with the blue, the slate grey doesn't add anything though and the matching hair and clothes is fine but a bit too tone on tone. Her superhero suit isn't as good.
Overall it's harder to answer those question of place, time, and character with her. Look at real clothes and how they work to get a better eye for them.
