here's a shitty paintover

- try to make features more aligned and symmetrical
- careful with the shading - wrong value here or there and things end up flat
- if you're aiming to paint a pretty young girl, tone down the wrinkles
- eye highlights shouldn't look mirrored
- easy with the teeth detail
- simplify hair

I like how you handled the dress.
