I don't think the pose is the problem, per se. It's just a construction problem. Anyone can turn their head to the side and put their hand on it without trouble. Where anon runs into trouble is that the left shoulder is dropped, but the arm is elevated well above the shoulder. If that is the case, then the left shoulder should also be elevated. The solution is to lower the arm or to elevate the shoulder. I've dropped the arm to shoulder height, and it looks okay. If anon wants the hand to sit higher on the head, then redrawing the pose so that the left shoulder is higher than the right is required.
