technically speaking there is nothing to crab, its perfect down to the line weight. but the way the lines are... it is all so stiff. it is like you traced 3D models. Are you using stabilizer? That is probably what is giving it so robot like feel

the more you draw the better the hand-eye-brain coordination will get. no need to train it separately. as beg focus most on accuracy and drawing from reference

you are breaking basic perspective rules when you draw both eyes with same shape and size in 3/4 view: 1 eye is closer to camera so it must be bigger. same goes for lips (1 half must be smaller)

i think you want beg books to be less like books and more like work exercise book with half blank pages with: here draw 20 apples, here rotate 10 boxes. It probably exists but i never seen any mentioned anywhere. Plus you want your book to not be boring. Otherwise you end up like drawAbox and that is certified art death
