look at real women and tits of all sizes. there's a plane change around the 3rd rib from breast to chest/ribcage which usually catches highlights because it's flat, pic related shows what i mean sorta. they don't look like they're attached to the collarbone. and the pec/breast doesn't attach like in the original posters image which is just wrong, the pec only attaches for the first half to two thirds of the collarbone and then you get the infraclavicular fossa. the anatomy for sculptors book isn't the best reference to learn from because it shows a wireframe like you're building a 3d model for sculpting and not what's really happening. so you get some artifacts that don't match up to real life but work for 3d modeling.
