You only asked me that after you sperged out about me pointing out that having fat tits isn't the only way to appear feminine. It was a massive pivot and is irrelevant to the first point I made, which is that you don't have to have giant boobs to look feminine. Whether or not the average woman has C-cup tits or even Z-cup tits is irrelevant to the fact that there are women who have a flat chest and undeniably look like women.

I have yet to see a competent explanation of why this is bad. People have sex at conventions. It happens in fucktons of subcultures. People even get busy at business conferences.
Furries are the only group who put 2 and 2 together and realized that if people are going to fuck at a hotel, they should at least know their HIV status. It's especially genius considering that gay niggas are especially at risk of HIV, and furries have more gays than average, so testing is one of the key ways to reduce HIV spread and risk.
There are literally zero reasons that HIV testing is bad aside from "sex is yucky"
