The construction needs work. Perspective is wonky. The colors of your face are a bit unnatural and too pale. Your rendering and lighting is vague and have no cohesion. Think about the environment your character is in. What kind of light is there, how dark or bright is it, and which direction, and how that is affecting the appearance of your character. Remember that characters don't exist in a vacuum, so always place them with an environment in mind, and this will dictate how your character should look. That will help make the rendering process simpler, more cohesive, and eliminate the need to guess.

It may help to look at lighting references for the head and figure out which one you're trying to accomplish for this.
