I drew few guidance lines to help you see the most obvious mistakes.

For the left one it is the foreshortening of the back. If you want to foreshorten lets say an arm, draw couple of horizontal lines over the fist/hand (the closest object to viewer) and see which objects on the body (the furthest object from the viewer) they line up with. Maybe it's the nipples or even the shoulder. Works same with the butt here. Draw few lines above and below the butt and see where they line up with the body further from the viewer.

For the right one it's the balance. She is leaning lightly to her right hand sure, and she is giving a little pose which is giving her a little bit gesture and nuance, but for the most part her center of mass is on her right feet. If she would rise her right hand she wouldn't completely fall over which tells us that most of her mass is divided evenly on top of this right feet there. She is posing a light contrapposto for us.

All kinds of straight vertical and horizontal lines on reference image helps us tremendously to place all the objects in their right place, and to balance figures so that they look like they are not falling over. Use few of these lines at time to keep it simple. Check out the guides of Dorian Iten to learn how to measure and lay out things with straight lines.

For positive feedback you are showing nice gesture. Your figures don't look too stiff. If you learn how to place objects in their right places with measuring, and keep the gesture, you will draw beautiful figures.

Drawing pages full of hands and feet individually will help you to tackle a lot of difficulties later - but this is very common problem with students.
