It's easier than you think.
Think back to how you learned.
Teach how you learned, and when students struggle, change gears.
Keep what works for the students who do not struggle with your original strategies, and change for those who do.
Soon, you'll find which students learn which way, and you'll be able to pin-point their weak points both on a general and on an individual level.

Find where they are, meet them where they're at, and continue on.
You'll be nervous now, but as soon as you start working, it'll be so much easier.
