I self insert onto all of my drawings and all the original characters I draw
I frequently draw my characters interacting with and living with the original characters of other people I know
For years now I've been using drawings as a surrogate for social and sexual interactions and people keep going "wow nice art, thanks for drawing our characters together" and I play along but to me it's not a character, it's me. It's either who i am or who I will become
I can't or won't stop because it'd feel like I'd stop living if I did, but I still feel like it's an unhealthy relationship between me, my art, and the people I wind up involving
