your body moves when you game or exercise. but when you get into the zone while drawing you dont move an inch. So your muscles tend to get very stiff. Basically you need to stretch from time to time

all the vegetables have all 1 value. There are no dark and bright spots among leaves. But dont worry, drawing foliage is super bitch task. Notice how you properly drew the trunk of the tree with form and lighting. Now compare it to the leaves: uniform, flat, bland.

painting is more forgiving since you are never trying to do 1 smooth long precise contour with thin HRB but instead you do 999 small short careless strokes with fuzzy brush

way better. Dont be scared to make crazy different ears as well, both people and cows have omega different shapes of them. And ofc horns can be in any shape and even break symmetry
