Does it look particularly better? Your guess is as good as mine, I didn't do anything different, just drew from imagination using binary pencils, but that's the same thing I did in >>6730993
Here's the preliminary sketch.

I do find the pixelated strokes keep my brain less concerned about details than if I were using the hard round brush, similar to how a textured brush can imply a lot of information that is not there.
