Yet unfinished sketch. Need to fix the positioning of the legs

The white spot in the trees between his body and his arm draws my eye away from the figure which I assume is your focal point. Maybe darkening that area? Also it took me a while to notice the tree branches. Try and make those stand out a it more.
why did you end up not using the photo background? I was kind of digging the aesthetic.

Sticky is a great place to start. It helped me out. What it seems like right now is that you just need to start drawing a lot, and get a lot of practice. When you feel like you can't improve on your own, start posting in these threads. Also fuck loomis.
