I agree with the other anon about the butthole placement, I'd place it a bit further down. The thing that really bothers me though, is what I circled in blue. Maybe it's because of how far the boobs are pushed to the side. I also think the boobs don't really look like they're being pushed up, maybe keep the lineart black on the book that's being pushed up the most?
The blonde chicks arm that's grabbing the dick also looks a bit skinny at the top.
Pretty funny idea btw. Not my cup of tea, but it looks really good otherwise. I don't think most people will really notice any of the issues I've listed
