Most scans are hosted on internet archive because it's free scanning and its one of the reasons scanning has taken off in recent years. That and baidu. That's a guy who is scanning Neo-Geo Freak and Gamest magazines. Now if someone complains then sure but what's the chance a company is gonna care about 25 year old magazine scans?

have you heard of retromags? They'll accept scans but they have to be "edited" and "approved" and I don't know what that is.
