Generally, yes. its has more features like text and perspective tool and more stuff
the brush engine is way better when it comes to making texture brushes (still gimmicky tho) but definitely better than the older version.
however when it comes to pen pressure and "the feel" of drawing nothing really beats sai1
especially sketching and inking, the precision and accuracy put cps and ps to shame.
but that doesn't mean that sai2 is bad, it just doesn't have that natural feel.
