Are you thinning out gouache for the transparent washes?
The transparent parts of your painting look really granulated and uneven. But that might be because of the paper's texture (washes look bad on hot press sometimes). If you are, I suggest getting actual watercolors.

Your use of color is really nice. Your sense of design is strong, but you have some technique issues.
Your more opaque (and I assume, recent) paintings (>>2579586 and >>2579588) are some of the better ones, but you could benefit from planing your paintings with a light wash first. This will add subtle bits of color while helping to preserve white spots and eliminating those awkward white gaps.

Overall, you're headed in a great direction, just don't be afraid of water.
