Do you use a lot of reference?
Do you ink directly over your pencils or use a lightbox or tracing paper?
What are the dimensions of that page?

Ive been trying to nail the western comic look for so long but i just feel stuck... like when you can tell someone isnt familiar with a style but tries to draw it anyway. Not sure how to move forward. Ive been reading the Wizard books and thats helped but what am i missing? Fundamentals? Gotta be right?

Could use some outside perspective. Been trying to get good at inking, but why ink trash.
