Got nothing against the guy, but bro, read the fucking sticky. We're reading books from the 1930s for a reason.

Simplify human anatomy into simple shapes, and then work your way up to drawing more realistic figures and more complicated shapes. For example, simplify the arm into cylinders and rectangles, and then add on all those muscles and superficial aspects of the arm. Learn anatomy and proportions like the back of your hand.

Draw a box. Draw an X on each plane of the box to find the half-way points; draw X's within those to find the quarter points, and so on. If you know your proportions, this will aid you in finding where to draw the human body within the box.

Go to a life drawing session. Depending on the poses, you'll get plenty of practice drawing the figure in perspective. Do studies from photos too, though keep in mind that photography distorts perspective.

And of course, if you haven't already, read Perspective Made Easy by Ernest R. Norling, and learn basic perspective before trying to apply it to figure drawing. Also check out Loomis' "Successful Drawing". Pic related is taken from the brief perspective section of "Figure Drawing For All It's Worth", another classic. I know these are all commonly recommended on /ic/, but like I said, just check them out if you haven't already.
