I actually laughed. Even if it is true; men also has advantages: (Source is me being a biology mayor and using non-english sources, try and look up specific sources yourself)

Men have an easier time working systematically, with actions, and objectively, instead woman are more affected by emotions.

Men have lower willpower (if it is not trained), while womans willpower (if it is not trained) is higher (although during during menstruation willpower is basically drained all the time, leading to self-indulgence).

Males also have better spacial orientation on 2d-planes than females.

I could go on and on about gender differences, how woman sometimes are better than males and the other way around.

You want to know what actually matters?
Fucking practicing, sit down, draw, that's it.
That is all you can do to improve. You can't change your gender, history, mental stability, race, and so on.
You can only change your actions.
