As a lot of people pointing you can use DAD and add CRITME in the title so people will give you feedback. Don't be greedy though if you ask often you won't have any after a while, also don't hesitate to crit other DAD to increase your chance of getting one. Critics is pretty rare in general, more people want to receive than give them.
Anyway good luck with your challenge! For that specific piece I would be careful with the right side of Vilppu's face the eye and nostril are a bit too low and the pupils look on the right side and not into the camera. Proportion of the face and skull are really solid well done!

your piece is looking great for the challenge, only thing bothering me is the left horn that shouldn't come as close of the center of the image and the red line on the pecs. Is it paint? If it's suppose to be a wound it need a little shadow and depth. Overall great composition and perspective.

Let's go! Jumping to animation already, you don't need to draw all the frame, I personally do 12 frames at 24 FPS ( like most of the anime industry). Looks solid! Need more stretch when the balls goes up, don't be afraid to really push the stretch and squash.

Awesome looking head! No need to post OG content with your study as long as you draw 30 minutes each a day. You have to contact Vastian once you have an account on the site (Email Banana at lastartiststanding3@gmail.com if you have the mailer problem) once you reach a streak of 14 so you can be accepted on DAD discord. Be aware that using CRITME might not work until you reach level 3 (5 streak) as the mods have to manually review your post and they don't appear to other users.

I like the leaf in the background but I still need to work on the branches and give some more interesting color in there.
