Pic related is two portraits I did a couple of days ago. Anyone feel there's something weird with the on the left, maybe proportions, or is it just me?

The features look symbol drawn, those outlines don't help, specially on the lower eyelid where if you look at the reference there's no black outline (actually it's one of the planes that's facing to the light source, so it's one of the lighter values) And the eyebrows are even worse
Keep going, but try references with some stronger shadows (best lighting) just so you can focus more on the forms that make a face, instead of trying to draw an "eye", a "mouth", etc as you think they should be represented
