first rule to draw something cute the lineart should be fluid without it looks rough. like yours right now for baggy eyes to try to make a new layer and use an airbrush for the effect its easily done also looks neater.

I honestly dont know if i made it any better but here you go your drawings aint that bad honestly you just need to reshape some parts of the body but over all its fine and i really love how u done with hands most people still struggling to draw hands. so be proud of yourself ! :)
