It's not "yellow skin" it's a different undertone.
Euros have undertones in the more in the cool to neutral range, East Asians have undertones more in the neutral to warm range, and North Africans, Indians, South Asians, and Middle Easterners have skin tones in the warm to neutral range. >>6634726 shows that pretty well, left is warmer than the pink on the right.
Sub Saharans are interesting because they have cool, neutral, and warm skin tones ranging from almost a purple, to plain black, to a deep terracotta.
