i think it needs to be a mix of both. we have people doing their own studies since we are all on different stages and giving challenges daily would result on the annons bursting into flames since some people might not be able to keep up plus the addition of a weekly study on a random subjects and shit that are decided by the board the weekly shit could be a compilation of things we can do while doing our daily studies. IE: we draw shit everyday but to finish our study session we do that one thing we all have to take to "/ic/'s show and tell" . adding too much shit will cause the first noobs to flake out due to pressure to make their senpais proud, sort of like crimson daggers.

TLDR
>everyone makes normal studies based on their skill levels BUT MUST post work daily. this is the minimum requirement to be in the "cool kids club"
