You know that photography actually killed most artists when it came out right? Same will happen with the AI, most art produced today can be done better and faster with a computer.
Super elite art will remain, same as with photography, but you can be sure that day to day ilustrations that people consumes everyday will be done with AI.

Use groups, anon. There are countless groups organized into different categories (fandom, fantasy, sci fi, traditional art, digital art, etc.) where you can submit your art to and it will be featured on the top of these groups until if and when enough other artists submit and push your art further down the groups' galleries.

There can be a multitude of different groups for one genre alone. Unlike artstation, which is impossible to make it on since you have to already have a following to get noticed there, DA is much more newb friendly and it's a lot easier to get noticed even if you have no followers and no friends to help shill you.

I wouldn't say leagues better. One's a painted and fully rendered illustration and the other is inked with some simple coloring and shading. They're still both good work done by excellent artists.

I don't have some stick up the ass moralfag stance against piracy but if their price is fair (it is), they aren't screwing their customers over with draconian DRM (they aren't afaik), and they're delivering a quality product (which CSP seems to be) I would much rather pay for it and do my part to support them. The license is a one time pay lifetime license with free upgrades to every version afterward. That's about as fair and customer-friendly a transaction you can get for non-free software. So in my opinion they deserve to be paid for their product.

you learn your fundies so you can take on complex stuff more easily but nobody does it correctly, 99% of begs think that because you drew the same shit from a book a few times and watched some proko videos you are already set, but mastering a basic level of forms/perscpetive could take you a month and then learning the real shit like anatomy could take you 6 months nobody in here does that your average beg just rushes everything in one week or desn't even finish the book and the results are drawings like his who is the average beg work.
